I am Katharina (Katie) Daniel, and I am pleased to share with you my dietetic e-portfolio! I am an adventurous spirit with a passion for food. I enjoy traveling while exploring different cuisines and cultures. One of my favorite sites to visit is the Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium in Omaha, Nebraska.
